I'm currently playing mods and wanted to know where I can get the neutronium from Avaritia?

You get Neutron Dust from the Neutron Collector.

You set it up and there's 1 dust every 6 minutes. 9 Dust become 1 nugget. 9 nuggets to 1 ingot.

It's best to put up a few more. So 60 or so.
