I'm currently making a Minecraft Modpack for a Lets Play. I also downloaded the iChunUtill Mod. When I started Minecraft, it said that I would agree to play the iChunUtill Eula. What does that mean? Is that a privacy policy or something? May I still upload the game to Youtube with this mod.
Looking forward to your replies.
EULA is a license agreement between the software manufacturer and the end user. The end user must agree to the agreement before using the software. For example, the use or copying and distribution of the software are regulated in the EULA.
You should have a look at the modpack if you can use it for public purposes. You don't usually have to worry about Eula. Accept these and see if you can use di mod for your own or public purposes
You should read through the Eula (End User license agreement) and then think about how and whether to continue.
And where can I find the Eula?
In the .jar file of the mod. Simply open with an archiving program
By downloading and / or using iChunUtil ("Mod"), you allow the mod and any software that is heavily dependent on the mod ("Child Mods") to use your Internet connection to request non-malicious information / content from third-party partner sources like Github.com or Creeperhost.net.
You accept that the mod will be provided with no guarantee; If possible, software support is offered. You will also not hold iChun ("Author") and other official contributors liable for any damage or damage caused to your machines, yourself or objects / biological beings in your area. Contributors to the official contributors are carefully checked / managed by the author to ensure that they function maliciously as intended by the author. If damage or damage to the mod has actually been identified as the cause, this is completely unintentional and the problem in the mod will be resolved as soon as possible.
You understand that all downloads of the mod that are not from iChun.me ("Website") and lead to the file host of the website, CreeperHost, or from CurseForge, can be changed without the author's knowledge and are malicious and that do not contain the responsible author. If downloads from the website are actually malicious, this is completely unintentional and will be corrected as soon as the author has been notified.
You accept that if you distribute the mod to other users without their consent to this EULA and they use the mod, you will be responsible for and be held responsible for any conflicts or problems that may arise.
You accept that the EULA is subject to change at any time without notice. However, the EULA will never change so The Mod and Author can intentionally introduce malicious content into your system.
Can anyone help me further?
