How do I set up the Minecraft plugin LogBlock?

Hi, I'm currently setting up a Minecraft server. The server should run with mods and plugins and, among other things, With LogBlock. However, I don't know how to set up LogBlock. When I enter ingame commands it says that I should set up the mysql, but I don't know exactly what that is.

Ps: The server runs on 1.12.2 and LogBlock on 1.9, but that would still work.

You need a MySQL database to use the plugin.

I'm aware of this because it is written with the plugin, but how do I set up such a database?
