What alternatives are there to the Minecraft LogBlock plugin?

Hi, I'm currently setting up a Minecraft server on 1.12.2. I wanted to use LogBlock to protect the built stuff, but I'm not familiar with MySQL, which is what the plugin needs. So I ask you if you know of alternative plugins to LogBlock?

I can recommend worldguard to you, and I'm completely satisfied with it, also in terms of bungee cords

Can you use it to trace back who has dismantled and what, as with LogBlock?

But that doesn't secure anything, you can only trace back who set or removed what, etc.

Does not require a database, runs over flatfile.

No, unfortunately this is not possible with worldguard.
