Minecraft - Modpack long load times, how to shorten?

I'm one of those who likes to play modpacks that involve a lot of dimensions and technology. (Information from my hardware below)

I have played on different launchers, namely: FTB, Cursed, Technique. I always assigned 8-12GB of RAM to the launcher.

Following modpacks:

Skyfactory Modpacks 2,3,4
FTBPresentsCrackpack
Space Astronomy 1+ 2

These were all running smoothly without crash, Laggs or similar

I started Skyfactory 2 and measured the time

→ Skyfactory 2 with 175 loaded mods - 2 minutes

At the turn of the day, all modpacks have been used with 130-180Mods.

Lately I came across a Modpack that meant [ATM] All the Mods 3. As you can already read there's quite a lot of stuff in there. Significantly more than the other modpacks. I've installed this time of interest and also measured the time.

→ ATM 3 with 304 loaded mods - 12 minutes and 22 seconds.

That's Wow. From time to time he even went to "no feedback" and stopped briefly. If you did not include this then you could deduct about 1 minute, but that's not the case.

In the single player I measured the following with MSI Afterburner + RiverTuner.

When the chunks are loaded I have about 180 FPS

I walk normally I'm at 100-120 FPS

My RAM varies at 4.5GB-5.9GB according to my experience where I had the RAM allocation too low, there was a short freeze as soon as the limit was exceeded. This is not the case. CPU and GPU utilization averaged 65%. What I noticed is why I occasionally had a FPS drop from 120 FPS to 20 FPS, was always exactly where my CPU utilization values to 97% and GPU to about 5% are shot and then slowly leveled again. CPU too weak or? Upgrade suggestions? Which are better as given below? Or a whole PC? Do not know what has changed technically until today.

Yes, now everyone's big eyes: You idiot, where is your SSD?! That is part of my question. I read that it would only start 10-30 seconds faster. For over 10 minutes I would not care. What do I have to do / change to shorten the load time or is actually enough only one SSD and the PC is so fine?

I would set the Profile / Lounchers RAM to 5-6, as it can never be fully utilized if it is over half of the maximum RAM

With these Modpack I was also shown that only somehow 7.2 GB of RAM was assigned. Have a maximum of 16GB (one should not take everything else kackt the PC from xD)
