Minecraft Voice chat? - 3

I want to play minecraft in minecraft with my friend minecraft with a voice chat mod. We have one but the stupid thing is that we want it that way if we go further away we also hear worse. Is there such a mod? 1.16 or higher we need that.

I've known something like this for a long time from YT videos. The whole thing is called "Proximity Chat".
