Good Minecraft dragon mod?

I'm looking for a dragon mod for Minecraft PE (Bedrock). It should meet the following criteria:

The mod should be free (or unlockable through advertising)
The dragons should be tamable
You should be able to leash them, sit down and ride them
You should be able to fly properly.

I have a kite mod, but the kites can't fly properly. They can jump very high and flutter, but they don't stay in the air, which I think is stupid.

The kites don't have to have the typical Ender kite shape, I don't care. You should just look like a dragon.

I saw Let's Play videos on YouTube where the kites could really fly and even wear armor. However, nowhere was the name of the mod or where to get it.

Do any of you know a good dragon mod?

There's more for the Java version. For Bedrock, most of the mods are pretty immature
