Which MC Modpack works on this laptop?

I and my friends are older, but now they want to play a Minecraft modpack again to revive the old days.

Three of us have a very good PC (including myself), but one of us is not.

It has an i5-3210M, 6GB RAM and the Intel HD Graphics 4000.

Actually, we wanted to play the test pack Please Ignore, but I doubt it works for him.

Do you know another mod pack with technique and magic, which is not too small, but not too big?

Ma

That's hard with the graphics unit

The problem will be the Intel HD. Minecraft can't handle that already in Vanilla and are not officially supported either.

The only 6gb ram make a 1.10 or 1.12er pack barely playable. 6gb should only be the minimum for Minecraft.

I would probably recommend a 1.7.10. Maybe even a skyblock, less work for the CPU.

Agrarian Skies 2 maybe or Skyfactory Rebirth.

If it is not supposed to be a skyblock then maybe FTB Infinity Evolved. That covers pretty much everything.

Alternatively, just take the Curse Launcher and make your own pack. Then you can do without much that you hardly ever use * cough * forestry * cough *

FTB Infinity Evolved is huge too, is not it?

To

Bzgl the Intel, I can't make a statement. However, I can contradict you something regarding 6GB RAM… My little brothers play on my old PC with 6 GB Ram and many packs work on it.

Of course there are packs because I have 12GB just enough xD

To

I can recommend you the following packs:

- Life in the woods

- Skyfactory 3

- Life in the village

Huge is relative. Infinty is likely to have 150 mods. But hardly any of them are really big.

I'm not saying that modpacks with less ram are not running at all. But it is not without reason recommended to start 1.7er packs with at least 4gb. Gradually in the lategame, little Ram can really become a problem.

Apart from that there are enough packs in 1.10 / 1.12 which do not even start with 6gb.
