So I just got very unhappy with the MCCreator. Because I just tried to create a portal with my own biome and that does not exactly what I want.
I first created biomes and executed about Diemnsion for Biome so far so good.

I have set that no trees should be generated there, but trees are generated.
in the 2015 MCCreator a user has also reported the same problem that all mobs are still generated although only 1 mob has been selected and 4 years later the bug has still not resolved.

There's no alternative, to my knowledge, not. Since you will probably have to clamp to programming. Download IntelliJ or Eclipse (most tutorials only show Eclipse) and have a look at some tutorials. Try to understand a bit and take a look at the basics of Java. Once you know them, you can watch more tutorials on programming mods. Not several at a time. That does not teach you.
