I find many tutorials on Youtube on how to build something like that, but nowhere is it explained how to use energy or which mod you need for it, please help
Refined storage does not generate its own energy. For this you need an extra mod.
You can basically use anything that generates RF / FE.

What would you say is the best mod?
Enviromental Tech, but that requires a lot of preparatory work and is just a little too much to generate energy.
If you are only concerned with refined storage, Solar Flux Reborn is basically enough, they also have internal storage and a few upgrade options so that you also have electricity at night.
