(Minecraft) Mod ViesCraft incomplete?

I have just downloaded the Mod ViesCraft for the 1.12.2 and am wondering that some things are missing. In all tutorials on Youtube, people can have different colors, etc. In addition, people in the videos have finished balloons in the Creative Inventory. I do not have all that and I can't attach a balloon or something to my "balloon". Sounds stupid, but it is like this: My balloon flies without a balloon. This looks totally stupid and I'm just mad, that nothing is like in the videos.

Can someone tell me what happened with this mod?
