Voice read me minecraft chat?

So I'm listening to a voice in a certain version of Minecraft that allows me to chat. The Badlion Mods are not either. What is it and how do you turn it off?

Go to Chat Settings and turn Narrator off

Press Ctrl + B to turn it off.

Switch off the narrator under the chat settings, very easy

This is text to speech, so everything about chat is read out. You should be able to turn this off in the settings under Audio or something.
