I need help I have Minecraft Forge installed because of mods but when i did it comes that; Forge Mod Loader has encountered a problem with your Minecraft installation. The below mentioned mod does not want to run in Minecraft version 1.8. Applied Energistics 2 (Appliedenergistics 2) would like Minecraft 1.12.1.12.2. The file ForgeModLoader-client-0.log contains more information can someone help me why it is like this?

So I gave up installing Mod and installed the Technic Launcher 👌🏼
Because you have downloaded Forge in version 1.8 but the corresponding mods in version 1.12.2.
But since there's not AppliedEnergetics 2 for version 1.8 but only 1.7.10 or 1.10 (and higher) you have to equip yourself accordingly.
Because I have but also ka celebration no longer as before, since most mods do not go with me
