Minecraft randomizer plugin / mod?

I'm looking for a plugin or mod with which mined blocks drop something different than in vanilla (RANDOM).

Version doesn't matter, for the Java Edition please.

Ah OK, I can't program it either, I'm just learning HTML. Can you then take screenshots of the code that I can learn a little from. That would be nice.
