I need some detailed instructions on how to install a modpack on my Nitrado Hexxit server so that I can fly without Electric Staff or Gamemode, for example with / fly.

/ fly is not a Vanilla Command so if it does not already exist through a mod.

Set up Cauldron Server and pack essentials or write your own mod (10min)
