The temperatures look normal. 60 • C for the GPU and 50 for the CPU (the fan is not as good as this is a used PC from a colleague).
My colleague somehow overclocked the CPU (i7 3770) from 3.9 to 4.1-4.4 GHz
Then get out of overclocking.
