I have a new PC with an RTX 2070.16 GB Ram, Ryzen 5 2600.1TB HDD and 500 SSD.
Now I play different games like Apex, Minecraft, Modern Wafare and Fortnite.
My problem: I play Apex Legend and even at the lowest settings, there are always extreme delays and stutters in cities, for example, where there's a lot going on. My FPS drops to a maximum of 100 FPS but that can't be.
my drivers are all up to date.
What can that be? Is my processor just too bad?
it is also not extremely busy, as can be seen in managers.
I've even replaced the thermal paste.
In Modern Wafare it is also now and then.
What resolution do you play in?
Why do you have new thermal grease on it?
Have you had any problems with the temperature?
I would also try older drivers. The Bottleneck calculator also says that a bottleneck of just under 8 percent is possible there.

First of all, what would be the resolution you are playing on? The problem may also be that the wrong Direct X type is selected in the game or the wrong type is installed. Try to install Direct X 12 and then select that in the graphics settings.
I once heard that the less graphics intensive the game, the more goes to the CPU… If you raise the graphics, then it could be that the CPU is not underutilized…
Full HD 1080p
It was very dry, so I put them on it and hoped it would get better.
On full HD 1080p
Ok, this massive hardware should in no way overwhelm, if the fault is not with the Direct X type, I can't help either.
