Maybe in boxes from dungeons, but it's really complicated. The easiest way are the creepers. You can just go for a moment, kill a few creepers and go back to peaceful. Hope I could help you.

You can also craft Gunpowder with coal, bone meal and sulfur in the Bedrock Edition.

You get bone melon, on Peaceful, from bone blocks that can generate structures in fossils in deserts, swamps and in the nether.

Sulfur, apparently, is a thing in the Bedrock Edition.

Have you ever looked in temples? Apparently there should be Gunpowder in the chests the most.
