How to Delete Friends in Minecraft?

Mostly the commands are always the same

At the Hive and almost all other servers (I've just looked up Mineplex and the hive) it's like this:

At GommeHD you have to click on the player's head on the bottom right, then on the player you want to remove and then click on the barrier block.

Nope I do not know - try in the lobby. Often in the 9 slots below there's a symbol (something like a head) for "friendships". Since then you can often select friends and then delete. But there are many variants, local players can probably help you better than us
