Found a treasure map in minecraft and arrived to the red cross. But at the point where any treasure is supposed to be, it doesn't matter how deep I dig. Why?
The cards are not the most accurate, you probably have to dig out more.
Try not to dig deep, but rather to dig large areas.
In fact, they are accurate to the point if you read them correctly.
How do you know you're on the right x and z coordinate if you don't know where the treasure is? You don't have to just dig down like a noob, but dig down somewhere else. For me the treasure was about 5 blocks underground.
