Short info, if they bring, I'm currently sick (virus infection), I have depression and scratch myself.
I rarely remember my dream (2-3 times a year) but when I'm sick, I usually get it with me, so I know when I get up.
Today I dreamed that I only played on Griefergames (Minecraft Server) (which I do in my free time), then there was such an ASMR lot and I was not allowed in there. Then all the time I tried to figure it out, after 10 hours, playing on the computer (I was looking at the clock in a dream) I went away from the screen and saw half of my image mirrored and heavily pixelated, where I do almost nothing We were on such a plane and had to smuggle our way through the corridors (but I still had that with my eyes, which was very hindering for me) and then a parachute should jump, straight into the sea, I made it last, then I landed somewhere in the water (I still had that with my eyes) and there were so many strong waves, but I could see almost nothing, so that I almost drowned, but then I have my eyes, with my fingers, so strong Torn (so that I do not drown a lot and thus not) and then I wake up.
Does not that mean anything, does it? What was that?
That was a nightmare.
Nightmares are typically characterized by 1. A strong awareness of lucid dreams and 2. The perception of physical disabilities against which one tries to fight.
The latter often occurs in connection with persecution, so one is prevented from successfully escaping, or just from drowning. It's an aspect of fear education.
That you dream something like that shows that you are afraid of something in real life, that you feel disabled and lose control.
