Labymod can't be installed any?

I wanted to download for Minecraft Labymod but it does not work. If I load Labymod on the page then it will load shortly and if I want to open it nothing will happen. I've tried many things Labymod on other things to open but no works. Does anyone know one or what am I doing wrong?
