Minecraft Labymod v2.7.9 Install?

I have not touched Minecraft for more than a year, but I wanted to start with friends a Vanilla server, so private. I have the Labymod version v2.7.9 / is an old Labymod client but I would like to use it. I can open everything normally and then select the individual programs, but I'm told that "error in opening zip file no matter which program, but I can install the Labymod client WITHOUT programs, but I would like to install it with programs, what can I do?
