I can't sprint minecraft?

I have had this problem since today and I can no longer sprint. Usually when I hit double W I sprint. I have the feeling that something has been changed in the settings, but I don't know what.

It looks like the settings have been reset to default. You can sprint jz with ctrl + w

Can I change that back to the old one?

I think you can do that by clicking on the field where there's ctrl left and then selecting the desired key, but I'm not sure that's why I didn't write that in the answer

Yes. To the right of Sprint is the button on which you currently have it. And to the right of that you can click on Standart. Then the standard key is restored (i.e. Double W).

I changed my language and it gave me the same problem. I tried everything but the only thing that worked was getting rid of my optifine.

the setting always says ctrl left so it can't be the control setting, if you have optifine installed, I would suggest trying to switch your version of minecraft.
