Minecraft Server Disconnect?

I was kicked on a Minecraft server because of Fly, and then there's this text (see picture), now I would like to know how to change this text (when dissconnect etc.) is there a plugin for this?

You write yes, you were kicked on a Minecraft server because of Fly. If it's not your server, you can't change it either.

If it is your server, you can load a plugin onto your server (so yes, there's a plugin for this), such as an anticheat plugin, and change the config.

You can also change the default message believe in spigot.yml or bukkit.yml.
