Fishing in Minecraft?

I built a fishing farm in Minecraft.

At which I always collect angel and treasures with a car sticker. I also get a lot of treasures, so enchanted bows, enchanted fishing, saddle or nameplates, and at the beginning also books. But for a very long time I do not get any enchanted books anymore, although I really need them.

Now I wanted to ask if there's a specific reason or if the random algorithm is just against me and I'm just unlucky.

My fishing is enchanted, if that's important (Mending, Luck of the Sea II, Unbraking III, Lore II).
