Change Minecraft Server Painting?

I rented a 1.16.3 server from nitrado, I would like to change the paintings on the server.

Does anyone know how to do this on a server? Do I need a plugin for this or is there another way?

You could create a texturepack and set this as the texturepack server. That would be the easiest way to do it

Paintings can only be edited with texture packs,

but you can also easily edit maps without texture packs and without plugins and do them in item frames, like this:
