Host24 PermissionsEx?

I recently rented a Host24 Minecraft Spigot 1.16.4 server with 25600MB RAM. Now I've installed a few plugins, such as Warp and PermissionsEx. I generated the permissions.yml with the Host24 configurator and then inserted and saved it in the file. All of this with the server stopped. I started and restarted it. Now I still have some problems that I had before:

I can't put myself in game mode

Even though I have given the easywarp.command.warp permission, players can't warp themselves.

As an admin, I can't use any standard commands (/ time, / weather, / help, …)

I had these problems from the start. What can I do?

Take a look at the log file, I think the permission confign is invalid

Oh yes luckyperm and permission sex are both there for the right administration, check why you have both on it at the same time.
