Minecraft Morph Plugin is not working?

There's no Morph plugin running on my Minecraft server (Bukkit 1.8.8). Have tried it with the version 1.8 and 1.9 but it has not led to success. Does MORPH simply not work or is there a comparable plugin?

Is "morph" not a mod? Try it with the iDisguise plugin
