Which ban plugin mc?

I'm looking for a plugin for a minecraft server with which I can do the following:

Ban a player for about 90 days, or shorter or longer

So give a ban reason e.g. / ban hacking username

The plugin shouldn't automatically ban you

Spigot / bukkit

And is there a plugin that tells me which player is hacking?

There are AntiCheat plugins, but in most cases you have to ban yourself.

I just used essentials to do that, but there are a few extra things.
