I'm looking for a good ban plugin for minecraft. I don't want autobans, I just want a band that I can make personally. I actually just want to

/ ban name fly 3 weeks

In this case, the player should be banned for 3 weeks and automatically be able to go back to the server after the 3 weeks. Do you know such a plugin?
