Which plugins do I need to make a Skyblock server (Aternos)?

Hi, I want to make a Minecraft Java Server via Aternos, on which you can play Skyblock and maybe even minigames (coming later). Which plugins do I need to set up a Skyblock server or how do I set up Skyblock / the server?

I would first recommend Aternos away, they have very little RAM and therefore it won't work anyway.

I personally make plugins myself or if I'm too lazy I have friends who can do that too

I don't have any friends who can do that. What would a free / fast alternative be? And which plugins?

I don't really know any free alternatives and if you want to make plugins yourself, BiVieh has a series of tutorials. Btw, Aternos has a search function

I don't want to do it myself. I just want a free skyblock server

Bukkit or Spigot? Version would be helpful too
