How do I start the Quarry from the Minecraft plugin?

I have the plugin Quarry (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/quarry.52266/) and it works so far. No errors in the console and the Quarry is created. But if I want to start (click on the green wool as in the description) nothing will work. Also, the configuration for the filter that opens with a click on the hopper does not work. Apparently my click is not taken but why?
