I have a Quarry on my server (The 1.7.10 Pack). This should automatically pack the ores into the ME system, but sort things out such as cobblestone. What's the best way to do this?
Provided you are using AE2, you can set a blacklist in the importer.
The question is how do I set this blacklist?
There's a filter upgrade, you should be able to blacklist it.
If not, try Ender IO if available. You can put a filter in the line and cobble etc. Blacklists.

You need an import bus and http://ae-mod.info/Capacity-Card/ to increase the number of items you can specify.
Then you need an http://ae-mod.info/Inverter-Card/
This will allow you to specify up to 9 item types that your import bus will accept, then the inverter card turns the "accept" into a "reject" meaning it'll suck up everything else.

Yup, then it is best to simply use the EnderIO item cables, put a filter in there and only let the items that are supposed to go away.
