CraftAttack Spawn?

My friends and I opened a Minecraft server (1.14.4 spigot) which is just like CraftAttack, no rules. Now we tried this Spawn Elytra plugin and it did not work: /

Now I had the idea if you could not write a script that can do / ely and then get an Elytra, so far I could do it myself, but how do you make that the Elytra is unequipped and cleared after the end of the flight? If that works could someone please write me how would that work? MFG, Mark. (And thanks for all the answers)

For such things SpigotMC.org would be better suited.
