Minecraft Plugin 1.16 Header and Footer?

I'm currently in the process of programming a Tablist Plugin, the code for the header and footer of 1.8 and 1.12.2 is unfortunately outdated for 1.16 because there's no IsAccessible since JDK 9 (see picture). But find no solution how I could do it anyway. Anyone an idea?

As far as I know, there's a separate method for this in the newer versions.

What exactly you need isAccessible for is also a mystery to me…
