I like programming on Minecraft plugins but I don't know which I could program. Do you have any ideas what you could program so that you don't have nothing? Best not all too big things like game modes. First of all I want to cover almost all categories and then try out game modes like Skywars / Bedwars.
A simple 1vs1 brings you closer to the structure of a mode. You could also try arena system (in connection with 1vs1)

PS: I'm also looking for a developer myself, but I don't trust anyone anymore. Even a developer I paid for his work suddenly pissed off.
