Now I have the problem with the distribution of rights that the "Command-Bypass", ie the ignoring of the rules defined under "Commands.txt", does not work, although I have the permission of the corresponding group "chatcontrol.bypass.rules.commands" have given.
If I give the group the permission "chatcontrol. *", Everything works…
