Change Minecraft plugin name?

I have a Minecraft server, I have a few questions: How do I change the name of the plugin? Example: Clearlag: The items are deleted in 10 seconds. I want my server name instead of Clearlag. And the second question is how do you change the language in German in PlotSqaure?

You will not be allowed to do this for licensing reasons. What's so bad about it when the plugin reports? You have agreed to the use so you have to leave it that way if you don't want to get in trouble. Besides that, you could also mess up a lot.

GrieferGames or other servers do the same. I don't care if it's legally prohibited because it looks pretty bad.

What others do and whether they pay royalties because of that, you should let them worry. And if you don't care about rights, then I don't want to be in your skin. Little interest then whether it looks bad or not. In that case, probably nobody will help you either.
