(Where) is there a Minecraft racing driving plugin for version 1.15?

Hi. I wanted to ask if anyone knows a Minecraft racing plugin. I have already searched and found nothing. I came across a Mario Kart plugin but this is only available for version 1.8. (or so). As I said the plugin should be for version 1.15.2 and for the server software Spigot.

You can easily change the textures of boats

But texture packs are only visible on servers to those who have "installed" them, right?

Yes, but you can maybe have it installed secretly.

I think a plugin won't work in your case.
