I want a Minecraft Paper 1.16.5 Vanish plugin with which other admins can't see me or see me on tab so that I don't disturb them or I can troll them.

Most vanish plugins (like ZB Essentialsx) are so that admins see others in Vanish.
I myself would now test other plugins, the best thing to do is to search for Minecraft Vanish plugin and test the plugins with an admin to see if he can see you. I don't know anyone who makes you invisible to other admins / OPs.
