Minecraft Server joins Vanish?

Whenever I join my MC server, I'm automatically in Vanish and Gamemode 0. Does anyone know what that is? Here is my plugin list:

Maybe because of the problem with Vanish look into the config of essentials. That you come in the Gamemode 0 on the server, you should be able to change in the server settings.
Let me know if the problem persists.
