I have created a Minecraft server and other players can only join this if I briefly disconnect. In short, I must have been on the server after the server started so that other players can join it. I think it would be better if they could join the server on their own without me.
No plugins, version 1.16.1 (the latest). I host the server without Nitrado or anything else, with the Server.jar file that can be downloaded from minecraft.net.
It's very nice that the players should be on their own, only with your question nobody can do anything.
Where do you host Which plugins? Which version? That is the least you need for a reasonably reasonable answer.
