I have a problem… I got a second screen for my PC yesterday…
And if I now e.g. Play Minecraft on one screen and then go to the other and press something there, then Minecraft minimizes itself.
Is there any way that this won't happen?

Set to window mode. This applies to almost every game.
Which version do you play? Java version always starts in windowed mode.

If you play Minecraft on 1.12.2 or below you can get Labymod and there's a setting where you can do something in full screen mode on the other screen without minimizing Minecraft.
