Hello always try to join my friend in but it doesn't work but see me on the map and then I fly out again can someone help me thank you

When the card is loaded it loads for about 2-3 minutes then it flies out

Yes and then an error message must come. Something like "Timeout" or "lost connection"… What is there then?
