How to play custom minecraft maps?

Hey guys i have a problem i would like to play mc cutom maps, i have inserted the map file in the saves order but when i start the game they are not shown under maps and i found nothing about it. Does anyone have any idea what I could do?

There's probably another folder in the folder, which is the actual map.
