Nintendo Switch, second player can't build?

My kids got the Nintendo Switch console for Christmas.

The two would like to play the Minecraft game together.

We also have a second Joy controller.

Now our problem:

The spawn is almost the place where the players are as soon as they enter the world.
There's a so-called spawn protection which players who are forbidden to build or interact in this area.

You assign these rights by pressing + then the players of the world are listed on the right. Player 1 (who created the world) must now be named
The 2nd player go and there's then a star or so where member stands. This can be changed to operator. If it's already a member, it's the spawn protection

Ps: just when both players in the world are typing in the chat
From Player 1: / tp @a ~ 1000 ~ 15 ~ 1000
