I'm currently playing Minecraft version 1.16.210 on my PC. Today I wanted to go to the Nether and kill a fire for your fire stick, but I can't find any. So far I've only found one pig castle.
Since the Nether Update, Nether fortresses with tans are quite rare. Just keep searching and you will find one at some point.
Fortresses are generally rare. The pig castle (bastion) is really really good, as there's a lot of gold and valuable things in boxes. The Piglins can also trade you ender pearls, fire resistance. Fortresses with blazes can always be found in the east and west, or are more common there.
