I have the problem that I want to play with my friends, but they play on other platforms like Xbox and Ps4.
As is well known, with the Bedrock Edition, it just doesn't work for me…
I have had the Java version for a long time, so I should actually have the version too.
Could someone please explain to me how to download this correctly.
You have the Java version. But not the Bedrock version? These are two different programs and are not compatible with each other.
That used to be that you get a code for the Windows 10 edition if you have the Java edition. There's no Bedrock Edition for MacOS
The Bedrock Edition for the computer is only available on Windows 10 because you can only install it via the Windows 10 Store.
On the Mojang side, however, I was able to register my account for both programs
this is not fair im using mac and I want the latest Minecraft.-. This sucks cant Mojang they see there is also mac user

I wish they would understand that ppl who play on MacOS want minecraft bedrock to and they still update java but they made bedrock better and its not avelible for ppl like me and that's there favorite version they should of never agreed to be taken over by Microsoft they just want us to buy there pc's and stuff and I will do whatever it takes to make bedrock on a MacOS not just for me but for everyone like me its not fair!
