I have the Bedrock version
For the Java Edition there are snapshots with a few functions of the new update. The full version of it obviously doesn't exist, because otherwise everyone would already be playing it.
For Java there are snapshots for Bedrock Betas.
1.17 should come in June or July
You can already play the snapshot. But only on the Java Edition. To do this, go to Installations in the launcher, at the top right should then be development versions and tick the box once. Then the snapshot version should appear there with the other versions and you can select it at the bottom left in the start menu of the launcher.
You can become beta testa on android! Windows 10 edition (bedrock) should also work.
